Bar Side Rambling

Thank you for visiting the Bar Side Rambling home page. We hope you have been listening to the show and enjoying the crap out of it. If not then you are missing out on what USA Today calls, "the most amazingly random nonsense since Jerry Lewis' French jazz opera."

Here's a little background on the podcast. Evil Juan and El Greg began podcasting in September of 2011. The idea was for the guys to bring their random musings, usually confined to inebriated chats at the bar, to the World Wide Web. Along with their good friend, Bonesaw, they recorded the first two episodes of Bar Side Rambling in Evil Juan's kitchen. For the third episode the boys loaded up their podcast equipment and moved it to the elevated bar at the Atomic Cowboy/Fat Sully's Pizza. After several months Bonesaw moved on to bigger and better things and Evil Juan and El Greg moved forward with one goal in mind. That was, of course, to become the most powerful podcasters in Denver. That was quickly accomplished. We promise. Take our word for it. Evil Juan and El Greg are like the John Elway and Peyton Manning of podcasting.

Over the last year The Atomic Cowboy has been very good to Bar Side Rambling. They let us lay claim to the top of the bar and are very gracious when all the patrons ask them what the hell we are doing up there. The best part is when drunk ladies come up and try to distract the guys while they're recording. Everyone wants their fifteen minutes of fame. We are usually happy to oblige.

We recently took a couple months off from recording the podcast but, as of December 13, 2012, we are back at it every Thursday night at the Atomic Cowboy/Fat Sully's Pizza. If you are ever in the area on a Thursday night you should stop in and say hello.
